This Privacy Policy describes how Zynvelor S.A.S. (“Zynvelor”, “we” or “the platform”) processes personal data generated when you visit zynvelor.com, use our associated applications, or communicate with us. It is written in plain language and follows Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its complementary rules, and the guidance issued by the Access to Public Information Agency in force during 2026.
1. Who we are
Zynvelor S.A.S. is a company incorporated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ) under number 12,847/2025, tax ID (CUIT) 30-71892345-4, with legal address at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1188, 3rd Floor, Puerto Madero, CABA (C1107AAX). We are the data controller for the processing described in this policy.
2. What data we process
We process only the data we need to operate safely: full name, email address, the message you send us through forms, technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited), and your cookie preferences. We do not ask for sensitive data or financial data through the public form.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to answer your queries, improve the site, measure performance when you give consent, meet legal obligations, and prevent abusive use. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, access control, periodic reviews, and internal training. No system is infallible; if you detect an incident, please contact us.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. We will always publish the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify you through the usual channels.
